Trainer: Clive Payne – HR Consultant, CP Associates.

Clive was employed as the HR Director for a number of years in local government before setting up his own HR Consultancy, CP Associates in 1998. Since then he has worked with many clients in both the private and public sector and has provided HR advice and undertaken successful assignments for HAPTC and Local Councils in Hertfordshire and throughout the UK providing assistance across the full range of human resources issues, training and organisational review.
