Civility & Respect Training: What makes people become challenging?

Training packages to support councillors, clerks, and other employees experiencing difficulties with bullying and harassment. Cost for attendance is supplemented by the project at 50% discount to the full price until the end of 2022 (the prices quoted are after the discount has been applied). They are all virtual webinars:
