Clerks and Councillors wishing to ensure that the council is fully up-to-date and to talk and share with others from around Hertfordshire.

Who is presenting?

This course is written and delivered by Carina Helmn – County Officer and Lead Trainer, HAPTC Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer to Kimpton Parish Council

Is it for you?

The law affecting local councils is continually being updated and added to. This session is your opportunity to take stock of procedures in your council to ensure you are aware of what is needed to ensure compliancy with the law and new opportunities to do more for your community.

It is also a chance to speak with other Clerks and Councillors to see what's going on in the county, share best practise, ideas and information (such as reliable service providers or how another council may have solved an issue yours is currently experiencing).
