David Carden; Town Clerk Burgess Hill Town Council. Experience in Leisure Management, Social Planning and Management Services for 5 principal authorities at District, County & London Borough levels. Co-opted Town Clerk on NALC's Larger Local Councils Committee. Trainer for the Sussex and Surrey Associations since 1994 specialising in Partnership Working, Community Development and Leadership.

Chris Watts; experienced learning & development professional, facilitator, coach, trainer & presenter & designing & delivering learning & development solutions. Worked in various roles for Sussex County Council: Senior Learning & Development Business Partner; Organisational Development Manager; Management Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager; L&E Insurance - Training and Development. Currently Head of Organisational Life Long Learning at the London School of Economics & Social Science.
